An exciting new project begins in Basel, Switzerland! Together with Professor Dr Marc Lewon and Professor Baptiste Romain (Schola Cantorum Basiliensis) we are developing a new programme.

This project is dedicated to one of the most important representatives of Minnesang: Walther von der Vogelweide (c. 1170-c. 1230). Many of his texts have survived, but few historical sources on the life of the "greatest German lyricist before Goethe". The project sheds light on this unique artist of the Middle Ages through blogs, concerts, a CD and a documentary film.
